Périurbanisation et accentuation des logiques ségrégatives en Île-de-France

Abstract : Since the end of the sixties, the construction of houses and access to property has represented one of the main reasons for the growth of the Parisian metropolis. It is paired with a social marking showing the wish of families to create communities in pairs and their refusal of social mixity. These centrifugal mobilities transformed the social compositions of agglomeration towns, from which left the families for urban outskirts implantations : the great gathering of social habitat have been deprived of their greatest social intergenerational improvement factor. Moreover, the segregation process also appears around these new towns.
